What are Virtual Group Consultations?
Virtual Group consultations are one-to-one appointments carried out via video in a group setting. This allows you to connect with your clinician as if they are in the room with you. Having other people in this appointment allows you to be connected and support each other.
The clinic lasts around 90 minutes, with 6-10 other patients, meeting together every month for three months. You will have access to our Fresh Start resources in between sessions to keep you on track and motivated.
We use Microsoft Teams, an NHS approved secure platform for healthcare consultations, which allows you to fully participate and interact with our healthcare team and other participants via video, audio and chat.
All you need is an internet connected device (tablet/computer/smartphone) that has a camera and microphone and a quiet space
